The allocation of GWS licences has reached its full capacity, and new applications for GWS licences for Students have been stopped." Microsoft 365 is the primary and recommended platform for students. It offers similar features and integrated tools for collaboration, AI, communication and file storage.

There are 2 ways that you can login @gapps.cityu.edu.hk.

Option 1:

• Login via www.gmail.com
• Enter email address (i.e. <eid>@gapps.cityu.edu.hk)
• When prompted for user name and password, enter CityUHK EID and password accordingly

Option 2:

• Direct Login (https://auth.cityu.edu.hk/home/google/0oa1d0hvc02xai5I55d7/50)
• When prompted for user name and password, enter CityUHK EID and password accordingly
