Why the content of some email cannot be displayed correctly?

 It is because the information of "charset" (encoding) which is specified by the sender and the encoding of that mail content are not matched (e.g. charset=big5 but mail content in fact is GB code), or the "charset" is lost in the email.

Therefore, you must change Encoding/Charset inside WebMail 2.0 (please refer to the picture) because changing Encoding/Character-set of the web browser has no effect on this WebMail product.
