What should I do when I receive spam?
Please avoid doing the following when you receive spam:

Reporting Spam to CSC
If you like, you can report the spam email to the Computing Service Centre (CSC). You can forward the concerned spam email with FULL MAIL HEADERS (Full mail headers will have detailed information of the message, including IP addresses involved, time sent and the sources of the email. Please refer to here for the details of getting the full mail headers for different email tools) to the email address spamrpt@cityu.edu.hk. We will then analyze your email and decide whether it is spam email and whether any follow-up action is necessary.
