General Email Services: Frequently Asked Questions

What functions are provided in the Junk Mail Filtering service?

The Junk Mail Filtering service currently provides three functions for handling junk/spam email in your email account on the central mail server:

·
Set up you personal Whitelist
Using this function, you can specify what kinds of email you always want to accept

·            Set up your personal blacklist
Using this function, you can specify what kinds of email you DO NOT want.

·            Enable spam auto-filtering
Our mail system will automatically evaluate the "spam level" of each external email. The spam level represents the likelihood that the particular email is spam. By enabling the spam auto-filtering function, you can filter junk mail based on the spam level.

Please refer to the User Guide on Set up Junk Mail Filters for more details.
