How to Enable Spam Auto-Filtering?
 

1.  Access "CityU Email Services" by typing http://email.cityu.edu.hk in browser.
2.  Choose (Staff, Student or Alumni) tab according to your status.
3.  Select "Set up Junk Mail Filters"

4.  Key in "EID" and "Password".
5.  Click "Enter" button.

6.  Click "Add Filters" button.

7.  Click "Enable Spam Auto-Filtering" button.

8.  Select a Spam Threshold from the range of 5 to 9.

9.  Level 8 is recommended.

10.  Click "Save and Return".

11.  Successful filter is shown.
