How to add, delete or rename folders.

a1.  To add a folder:
       On File menu, select Folder and click New.

         

 

 

a2.  Type the name in the Folder name text box, and select the location for the new folder.

                    

 

 

b1.  To delete a folder:
       Click the folder. On File menu, select Folder and click Delete.

                   

 

 

c1.  To rename a folder:
   
   Click the folder. On File menu, select Folder and click Rename.

                   

Note: Folders of Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, or Drafts cannot be deleted or renamed.
