How to send Email from Email client (e.g. MS Outlook) if you are off-campus and have no outgoing mail (SMTP) service available from ISP? (for staff only)

If you want to send email from an Email client software (e.g. MS Outlook) running on your notebook, PDA or mobile devices when you are off-campus BUT you cannot obtain outgoing mail (SMTP) service from the Internet Services Providers (ISP), you can use an authenticated outgoing mail (SMTP) server which is specially set up for this purpose. In order to make use of this sever, you need to configure the following outgoing mail (SMTP) server settings in the email client software installed on your notebook, PDA or mobile devices:
